September 1, 2021 Update:
Well, 18 months later and COVID has spoken again - who would have guessed in March of 2020?!
We didn't meet the minimum number, so the Friday night event has been changed to a no-host gathering for any who wish to attend. Those who have already paid will be reimbursed on the card used to make the reservation. PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR SEPTEMBER OF 2025! (Same Pirate time, same Pirate station!)
THURSDAY, 9/9/2021 - 6PM 7 Devils Waterfront Alehouse (new) no-host gathering (or earlier, if you choose!) at 1240 N. Bayshore Dr., Coos Bay. Yes, they serve food.
FRIDAY, 9/10/2021 - Noon - 3PM Ferry Road Park no-host/ byo-everything picnic gathering. The park is on the south end of the NB Bridge. Heading north it's the last right turn before the bridge.
FRIDAY, 9/10/21 - 6PM Back Alley Pub & Grill at North Bend Lanes, no-host gathering on the patio.
SATURDAY, 9/18/20 - 4:00PM - dusk Bastendorff bonfire byo-everything-except-the-fire, IF THE FIRE DANGER LEVEL ALLOWS. We'll meet at Bastendorff, fire or no fire, though! Please follow the signs once you get to the beach.
